Chinese New Year is almost over, and i'm beginning to feel happy about it.. 4 more days and its over. I've been losing lotsa money during this Chinese New Year period that i don have enough money now.. *sob*. I'm now hoping for the unexpected to happen for me on Friday which is to kena Toto.. $10 million. haha. that would make my new year more happy..
I went to register for my Basic Theory just now, finally decided to do something meaningful. I actually wanted to register at Bukit Batok, but after some thoughts, decided to register it nearer to my house, which is at Ubi.. The date has been finalised, the trial test will be on the 23th April, and the actual test a week later, 7th May.. i really hope i can pass with just one attempt, without wasting money to retake and retake again.. and my dad will sponsor me if i pass it within one attempt. so i'm looking forward to it and definately will study very very hard for it.
Suddenly feeling bored at home, decided to watch Gridiron Gang just now.. its actually a movie with a bunch of gangsters and criminals in America locked up in detention camps, and the leader/coach (The Rock) trying to create teamwork by forming a football team together, named "Mustangs".. 2 of the main characters in this movie were arch-rivals in their respective gangs outside, at first, there were many many troubles and fightings between both of them, but they ended up being good friends and helped each other in the team.. they finally beaten the unbeaten team in the league in the playoffs after being thrashed by them in the first game.. i really admire the bunch of guys to be able to stay united and also The Rock, who is an influencial coach which make the team stay united and helped them out if there's any problems they faced..
The movie taught me that even if u totally dislike that person or hated that person, when both of u are in the same boat, u just need to work together with him/her to overcome the obstacles
so that there wont be any conflicts... teamwork is a very important value in life..
alrites, back to work tmr after a long week's rest.. final week in room service, i hope i enjoy it and i guess the hotel industry is still waiting for me out there and facing more challenges ahead..
